Tuition Payment Policy

Tuition is paid monthly and is due at the first class meeting of each month. Payments received after the 10th of the month require a $15 late fee. Tuition is a flat rate September through June, regardless of the number of class meetings each month. Each dance year includes approximately 36 class meetings and rehearsals.  No refunds are given for missed classes, holidays, or inclement weather closings. 

Dress Code Policy

Dress codes are put in place to maintain order and safety in our classes. Please adhere to posted dress codes each time you attend class. Hair should be secured away from the face and neck. No jewelry. 

  • Pre-Ballet: pink leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers
  • Ballet 1: blue leotard, pink tights, ballet slippers
  • Ballet 2: black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers
  • Ballet 3: burgundy leotard, pink tights, pink ballet slippers
  • Pre-Pointe/Pointe: previous class attire
  • Beginning Tap: previous class attire, black tap shoes
  • Lyrical Jazz: leotard, nude or pink tights, foot paws 
  • Hip Hop: tank tops or tees, leggings or joggers, black low top dance sneakers or no grip sneakers
  • Contemporary: leotard, leggings or pink tights (footless or convertible), foot paws 
  • Boys: Plain white shirt, black dance pants or black knee-length shorts
  • Adult ballet: no dress code, ballet shoes recommended

Withdrawal Policy

 We hope you’ll dance with us forever, but if withdrawal is necessary we do ask you to inform ask in writing via email. Tuition should be paid through the end of the final month of enrollment. No refunds are made for early withdrawals or missed classes. 

Tardiness Policy

 Each class begins with a warm-up for the safety of our dancers. Students who arrive more than 10 minutes late may miss this crucial  part of their instruction and, therefore, maybe asked to sit out the remainder of the class as an observer. Not to worry, you’re a dancer will learn plenty by watching their peers in class.  Observers will be required to take notes on all they have seen. 

Photo / Video Release

All studio 360 students must have a signed photo/video release form on file. Photos and videos are used to promote our studio and help keep us in business.  Students’ names are never posted along with pictures or videos.
